Synergy, the award-winning international sports and entertainment marketing agency, has promoted Lisa Parfitt to Managing Director.
In her new role Parfitt will be responsible for key operations including people & culture, skills and resourcing. She will continue to lead several key Synergy accounts and to oversee Synergy’s Experiential division.

Lisa Parfitt Biography
Lisa joined Synergy in 2003 from the Ladies European Tour and moved into brand marketing after working with the Tour’s family of sponsors at two Solheim Cups. Lisa has 15 years’ experience of advising major brands across sports and entertainment properties, specialising in the creative development and delivery of integrated activation campaigns. Campaigns include: Standard Life Investments’ Worldwide Ryder Cup partnership, BMW & England Rugby, Emirates & RWC 2015, Wilkinson Sword & Manchester United, British Airways 2005 & 2009 British & Irish Lions, and Betfair & The Ashes 2009. Most recently Lisa has been the strategic and creative agency lead on the ground-breaking SSE sponsorship of The SSE Women’s FA Cup and leads Synergy’s women’s sport work.
