The RWC2015 hospitality program was the biggest and most complex ever undertaken by DHL, and inspired over 60 local markets to host 5,616 customers, VIPs, employees, media and competition winners during the tournament.
The program was designed to be an end to end guest experience that delivered deeper engagement with guests, via integrated communications and brand storytelling, behind the scenes insights, and seamless guest management.
