HEINEKEN’s people are their biggest asset so in 2016, HEINEKEN UK launched an internal campaign ‘Your Wellbeing, Your Future’ to demonstrate their dedication to the physical, mental and social wellbeing of their employees.
HEINEKEN’s sponsorship of Race to the Tower was at the heart of their campaign and has delivered against multiple employee engagement objectives. After just one year, 10% of their workforce have taken on the challenge of walking a double marathon along the Cotswolds Way getting them healthier and increasing their pride in working for HEINEKEN, while raising thousands of pounds for their partner charity Mind.
