Hill Dickinson is a top 30 international law firm with 1,300 staff with four UK offices and four overseas. In 2013, the firm saw widespread redundancies due to a loss in profits. In order to bounce back, they wanted a quick solution that could motivate staff and drive revenues.
Slingshot approached the firm with the opportunity to sponsor GB Taekwondo – one of the London Olympic underdogs of Team GB. Being also based in Manchester, this provided the firm a unique opportunity to drive their core objectives in a way that would surprise, truly inspire, and ultimately unite the law firm’s staff.
