ABOUT YOU
You love data, research, and importantly the insights they deliver. You will be able to interpret multiple data sources – surveys, brand exposure, digital and social analysis – to create meaningful insights for brands and rights holders in the world of sport & entertainment. You will take these insights and translate them into presentations to story-tell the ideas. You will have a research background and want to constantly outperform looking for new ways to help clients measure their performance. Attention to detail is a must. We are looking for the ability to digest new information and concepts quickly with a problem-solving attitude. The ability to distil information to find solutions and present often complex research findings to non-research specialists is a core part of the role. You have a passion for sport and entertainment and ideally, but not necessarily, worked in the commercial world of sport and sponsorship for an agency, brand or rights holder.
THE ROLE
As you would expect, you will be managing key accounts in this exciting sector and helping to grow the business, lead on pitches/proposals and be commercially astute. You will work closely with the Insight Director and manage an Insight Executive. The role involves working with our colleagues in MKTG S+E, dentsu and direct to market on a global basis with a focus on EMEA. We like to keep things varied, so the accounts you will look after may cover several sectors, sports or industries. We have a diverse mix of retained and ad hoc projects. We work in a fast-paced environment, and you need to be comfortable picking up quick turn-around projects. You need to be agile and be able to prioritise your work and deliver best in class analysis, insights and reporting. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box from planning a research programme through to analysis and creative delivery of the insights to meet the clients needs.
