WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to the Group Chief Marketing Officer and the wider Marketing team, working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. This role will suit a conscientious individual with initiative and a ‘can-do’ attitude that would like to get experience of working closely with a marketing team. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks both internal and external facing. You will need to possess the energy, tenacity and attention to detail associated with supporting an individual who operates at a high level. This role would be great for a natural multi-tasker as you will be supporting a variety of administrative, research and project management activities. The position requires the expectation of confidentiality and the ability to exercise judgment, initiative and independence.
Key Responsibilities include
Manage CMO’s calendar and schedule
In advance of all meetings, ensure CMO is fully prepared via preparation of agendas and presentations, taking meeting notes as well as any other requested or needed documents/briefings
Assist with cadence and booking of wider marketing team meetings, including meeting room bookings and note taking
Administrate and manage the accurate and timely submission of expense
Manage key marketing team trackers on an on-going basis such as sporting & conference and events calendars, awards submissions, website lead trackers etc
Assist with ensuring that new leads coming through the website are added onto Salesforce (CRM system)
Provide event management support as requested by the team such as working with suppliers, ordering speaker gifts
Manage the raising and issuing of Marketing team PO’s, managing internal and external administrative processes
Manage the teams subscriptions renewals liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Manage any marketing team travel booking, changes and administration
Field and respond to calls and emails on behalf of the CMO as requeste
Assist in the timely management of communications – this may include written, telephone, email and voice correspondents to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Provide sound project management of multiple items on a daily, monthly and annual basis as well as when requested
