Our sponsorships play a big part in how we build our brand – and our activations are designed to make people stop and think – to help them see Deloitte in a different light – and to help inspire people who believe business can make a difference on the things that matter, building a community that we can nurture and grow.

People are making decisions about where they work or who they buy from differently – away from the transactional, to reinforce a set of values and beliefs they hold. Even in b2b. That’s why it’s never been more important to help people understand who we are and what we stand for.
We need to make sure these things come through clearly in our marketing and communications – so it attracts those that feel the same. Do this well and we’ll not only attract them, they’ll even want to tell our story for us.
But people are busy. And there’s lots of competing demands for their time. Only the most relevant, useful, engaging and human content gets attention. So, we work on innovative activations that are designed to cut through.
In the past couple of years, we’ve produced an immersive virtual experience that helps people consider how business needs to adapt to a net zero world, built a prototype for an AI sports coach, we’ve partnered with a software developer on an award-winning inclusion-based VR experience, and we’ve even used augmented reality to make Judy Murray pop (virtually) out of a tube of tennis balls.
We’re looking to expand the team – and so this is your opportunity to deliver creative experiences and campaigns that bring our sponsorships to life and position Deloitte around the issues that matter. You’ll manage the activation of our corporate partnerships, identifying new opportunities to leverage maximum value from the relationships we hold. Across our business, we also enter into many different (and often fascinating) partnership arrangements – and a key part of your role is to help provide counsel on proposed partnerships to ensure we deliver maximum value from these third-party relationships.
