Covering all types of events across sports, festivals and cultural experiences, Major Events International (MEI) is hosting its annual The Events Summit on 8 October at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester, UK.
ESA Board Director Martin Prendergast will host an ESA member panel entitled Understanding The Live Music Fan Journey, comprising Kelly Greene and Gina Ha from Live Nation UK and their brand partner Heidi Jagger from Three.
The Summit provides delegates with access to business opportunities, promotes the development of best practice in event delivery, facilitates networking and helps enhance market profiles. Attendees can contribute to the programme, exhibit their services and access multiple sponsorship opportunities throughout the day.
MEI have made significant efforts this year regarding diversity, equality and inclusion, resulting in a line-up with more female than male presenters. The event will feature senior representatives from major sports, including football (the Premier League and various Premier League clubs), rugby, golf and cricket, alongside numerous national governing bodies and emerging non-Olympic sports.
Additionally, the summit will showcase festivals from across Europe and cultural events such as boat shows, air displays and county shows. This diverse array offers a rich source of inspiration and exceptional networking opportunities.
