Tim Crow, the CEO of Synergy, is leaving the agency after 18 years to pursue new ventures.
Under Tim’s leadership, Synergy became established as a leader in sports and entertainment marketing, winning an array of clients and awards, continually innovating its offering, and launching in the US.
Tim leaves the agency in a strong place with an experienced and cohesive management team. Lisa Parfitt, Managing Director, and Carsten Thode, Chief Strategy Officer will lead Synergy UK into its next stage of development together with Tom Gladstone, Director of Strategy and Josh Robinson, Creative Director. Dominic Curran continues as CEO of Synergy US.
