In under three years The Space Between has gone from a start-up to an established agency working with big brands and rightsholders to deliver sports marketing and sponsorship campaigns. Independently owned and founded by Tom Gladstone, Adam Raincock and Lisa Parfitt the agency brings the experience and expertise of large networks with the nimble and reactive nature of a younger agency.
Our differentiated ‘challenger’ proposition has enabled us to win a roster of category disrupting clients like Vitality and Under Armour. Distinctive brands like these enable us to deliver superior creative work whilst focusing on creating a culture that prioritises personal growth and freedom above revenues.
Our team has more than doubled in 2023 to 15 full time employees who work together with a collective of over 25 consultants at any one time in our hybrid model. Utilising our invite only TSB Collective we build teams specifically for clients – giving clients the team they need not just the people we have.
Whilst growing our young agency our eye is firmly on the future of the industry as we continue to lead in the women’s sport space and develop joint ventures and capability within AI and social impact measurement to ensure we stay on the cutting edge of innovation and ROI.
This year we have won four new challenger brand clients – OVO Energy, Xero, Metro Bank and PWR. This has contributed to our extraordinary growth significantly year-on-year. In 2023 alone our fee revenue has grown by 70% and EBITDA by 83%.
