The UKs biggest tile specialist, Topps Tiles joined Leicester Tigers as Main Partner in July 2020, recognizing that Tigers could tackle a number of key marketing challenges, using a 360-degree approach to the partnership, to enable them to increase their national brand awareness. The partnership has exceeded expectations to achieve year on year brand exposure, growth and Topps Tiles have achieved two consecutive record sales years and are set to confirm third in 2023. This has been achieved through the most challenging times, from empty stadiums in 2020, to winning the Gallagher Premiership in summer 2022 and extending the Main Partner agreement until 2025.
Topps Tiles have immersed themselves into the culture, bought into the partnership vision and have played a vital role into getting the club to the position it is today.
The supporters have been at the heart of the partnership, taking part in the Topps Tiles Golden Tile, voting for the Try-Umph of the Month, purchasing the latest replica kits and, in course, purchasing tiles for their home.
The partnership has come to life through player appearances, where rugby players have undertaken DIY challenges from re-designing fans houses, to tiling with adhesive made up of recycled materials.
Topps Tiles have shared the benefits of the partnership with their staff, with tickets available at both home and away fixtures, hosting their all-staff BBQ on the pitch at Mattioli Woods Welford Road to celebrate their 60th birthday and featuring international players as keynote speakers at their all-staff conference.
