Sport is back but not as we know it. At the onset of live sport being cancelled and only returning behind closed doors, we investigated the introduction of many potential solutions to fill the gap left by fans in stadiums. What we saw was interesting but could not deliver the authentic engagement we believed fans and brands desired.
Our first challenge was to overcome the primary problem of finding a solution for the delay in broadcast whilst still including authentic fan reactions. Our next challenge was to make it a sellable platform for properties and an enticing opportunity for brands to reach existing and new audiences.
To that end we set out to build our own platform that not only answered the question around how to deliver authentic fan involvement to stadiums around the world, but also how to replace the live engagement opportunity that brands seek in order to reach audiences through sport, through an entirely digital alternative.
