Rabobank made a disruptive choice by using the leading international music festival ‘Lowlands’ to prove our new mission: Growing a Better World Together. We acted as a circular designer/builder, chef and restaurant owner by opening a CO2-challenging, futuristic pop-up restaurant called Brasserie2050. By completely changing the ingredients of traditional brasserie dishes, we showed to the world that it is possible to serve tasty food while reducing CO2 and we proved that it is possible to feed 10 billion people in 2050.
