Opel & Feyenoord | The Great Feyenoord DNA Study

Why do fans love Feyenoord? Supporters often struggle to explain, saying “it’s part of me” and “I was born with it”. With The Great Feyenoord DNA Study, Opel offers supporters the opportunity to explain their love for Feyenoord by literally studying their DNA. This makes Feyenoord the very first football club in the world to study its supporters’ DNA. It’s an exciting, current social issue bridging science and a passion for sports. The integration of an online test and other digital points of contact also allow the campaign to contribute directly to Opel’s new fanbase strategy.
