Cisco, the worldwide leader in virtual conferencing technology, has partnered with Octagon and Milkmoney to unveil an innovative new campaign in support of their partnership with ESA member Manchester City FC.
Aptly titled “Blue Moon,” the campaign was produced through the power of Cisco Webex technology and features Manchester City fans worldwide singing an emotive version of the renowned club anthem. Debuting last week, via a two-minute hero film featuring City fans and celebrities Jason Manford and Ricky Hatton, women’s team stars Steph Houghton and Jill Scott, and men’s club legends Micah Richards and Joleon Lescott,the campaign is a show of support from the fans to the City players, as the Premier League season drew to its conclusion.
The campaign also included a 30-second promotional spot in the build up to the eagerly anticipated Champions League match against Real Madrid. An additional edit of the film shows star Manchester City players as they react to the heartfelt message from their fans.
