The best and brightest sponsorship campaigns in Europe will be honoured at the 2021 ESA Awards ceremony.
While we won’t be able to gather in person to toast the industry’s best and brightest, it’s still vitally important to champion the innovation and resilience that the sponsorship community has displayed over the last twelve months.
That’s why ESA will livestream the 2021 ESA Awards ceremony, with 25 category prizes up for grabs over two nights – Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 February.
The ESA Awards ceremony will be free to register and stream. The winners will also be announced on ESA’s social media channels each evening – join us using the hashtag #ESAawards!

When is the 2021 ESA Awards ceremony?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, ESA will hold its first-ever virtual awards ceremony on Wednesday 24 February and Thursday 25 February, from 5pm!
How can I watch the ESA Awards virtual ceremony?
The ESA Awards ceremony will be livestreamed digitally this year. All you need to do is register above and we will send you a link shortly before the ceremony starts each night. You will also be able to find links on ESA’s LinkedIn and Twitter channels on each night.
Can I invite colleagues, partners or others from outside my organisation to attend?
Absolutely – there’s no limit to the amount of attendees per company, and we encourage you to organise watching parties with your teams to celebrate!
I’m not shortlisted for an ESA Award. Can I still attend?
Yes! The ESA Awards ceremony is open to everyone in the sponsorship industry, and we encourage you to invite as many clients, colleagues and industry connections as possible.
Is there a cost involved in attending the ESA Awards ceremony?
No – the ESA Awards ceremony is free to register for and to attend. However, food and drinks are BYO this year!

How long will the ESA Awards livestream go for?
We anticipate that each evening will go for roughly 30 minutes – just enough time to pack the virtual ceremony with winners and best practice examples, without eating into your night. Please bear in mind that, as this is a livestreamed event, a decent internet connection will be vital to enjoying the ceremony!
