FRS Recruitment help clients throughout Ireland to secure the best talent.
This challenge has been amplified by a large number of multinationals establishing their European HQs in Ireland – a trend recently turbocharged by Brexit. Accordingly, demand for high quality talent now outstrips supply.
The partnership began in January 2020. Then, everything changed.
With flights grounded, objectives moved from driving leads to planting seeds. We aimed to engage and empathise with those disconnected from their home country due to COVID.
And so, we pivoted to video. Slow video, in fact. A series of of 70 minute films, mirroring the 70 minutes of a GAA match, that invited viewers to immerse themselves in contemplative sights and sounds from their homeland.
70 minutes of a bonfire on a Kerry beach, of Croke Park’s hallowed turf, of cows grazing in a Cork field, of a Christmas homecoming, and of an idiosyncratically Irish summer.
#70MinutesofHome aired before match broadcasts on GAAGo, and the films were subsequently shared over 3.6m times from Berlin to Brasilia.
Now, FRS are spurring the homesick into action. As Ireland reopens, FRS have already enjoyed a 15% increase in overseas new business compared to the same period in 2019.
