Royal Bank of Canada’s sponsorship of the Royal Parks Half Marathon

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) was looking to partner with an established, high profile event in the heart of London that would raise its profile in the market and engage clients, potential clients and employees. RBC was also looking for a community-based programme to fit in with their collective ambition of ‘Helping Clients Thrive and Communities Prosper’ and a property that had a track record of raising substantial levels of funding for charities. The Royal Parks Half Marathon was an ideal partner – an established and highly respected event that enabled RBC to meet its target objectives in year one and significantly over-achieve in terms of results.
