British Canoeing has launched a new partnership with Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham, which includes its members being offered a fantastic VIP deal – up to £10,000 off the cost of a new car! The partnership, which launched on April 1st, sees the dealership extend its VIP Programme to all British Canoeing members. In addition to these amazing discounts, the partnership will see Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham support high profile events throughout the year by supplying a range of vehicles.
The VIP Programme, which has formerly been reserved for the likes of professional footballers and pop stars, will provide members with exclusive discounts on a number of vehicles at an unbeatable price.
British Canoeing Commercial Manager Mark Taffler said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Mercedes-Benz Nottingham and to be able to present our members with this fantastic offer. The VIP Programme provides the opportunity of a very real cash saving to any member of British Canoeing who is thinking of buying a new car.”
The offer initially includes discounts on four models of Mercedes, but will be reviewed quarterly to respond to members’ preferences.
VIP Programme Manager Jaimie Laws said: “Since launching our VIP Programme, it’s been a great success and we’re delighted to now be able to offer the same level of discount to British Canoeing members.
“With the Olympics taking place this summer, it’s a really exciting time to be launching a partnership with British Canoeing and we’ll be following all the Sprint, Slalom and Paracanoe athletes on their road to Rio.”
British Canoeing athlete Ryan Westley, who took bronze at last September’s Canoe Slalom World Championships, helped launch the partnership with Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham.
He said: “As professional athletes, we continually strive to be the very best we can be and when you look at a brand like Mercedes, it sums up that determination to be the best. It’s great for British Canoeing to be working with Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham and to be associated with such an inspiring brand.”
