Indeed, proud partners to Team Ireland for the Tokyo 2020 Games executed their campaign through the semblance of #TalentUnleashed. The partnership aimed to increase corporate reputation, increase employee satisfaction to support ambitious new hiring goals and increase employee sentiment and engagement all while increasing brand awareness for Indeed throughout Ireland.
Approach
To achieve scale, presence, and proximity our strategy included a wide range of dynamic, always-on digital activity including innovative media partnerships and custom-built interactive creative all under the guise of #TalentUnleashed. The dynamic display and video campaign targeted people across the OpenWeb, with three unique creatives encompassing our three Indeed x Team Ireland ambassadors. By using clever copywriting to link common sporting phrases back to job applications, our digital activity including unique storytelling videos and display assets highlighted our ambassadors. Our digital strategy was further amplified through innovative influencer engagement, AR filters, organic content creation, and user-generated content activations. All of this combined, gave us the opportunity to directly target young professionals across all digital platforms, while also showcasing the #TalentUnleashed stories.
Results
The #TalentUnleashed hashtag resulted in a reach of 15,150,000 million and 96,690,000 impressions. Indeed received a total reach of 10 million ads viewed, across the five-week campaign, with a return on ad spend lower than the industry average. The two filters had over 230,300 impressions. The murals generated a reach of 869,000. Our influencer engagement resulted in a reach of 592,003 and our media partnerships had a combined reach of 10,836,555. Equating to a total digital reach of 38,130,633.
