At Energia, we are the power behind your power. We are the power behind Ireland’s maternity hospitals and the power behind all of Ireland’s streetlights. We power thousands of Irish homes and businesses and we are working towards creating a sustainable future with our Positive Energy renewable developments, across wind, hydrogen, solar and bio energy, allowing us to provide 100% green electricity to our lovely customers.
We are also the power behind some of Ireland’s most important arts & cultural initiatives including our long-term sponsorship with Seachtain na Gaeilge le Energia.
Seachtain na Gaeilge is more than just a festival. It is a cultural movement that connects communities throughout Ireland through the common purpose of preserving and promoting the Irish language. COVID was not going to stop us. Traditionally this was a physical festival so we needed to innovate across numerous channels to drive a full festival programme and engagement with our language.
Irish shouldn’t be intimidating or hard to learn – Energia is proud to partner with Seachtain na Gaeilge to make Irish more accessible to everyone, by bringing the cúpla focail to the people of Ireland! This is the 5th year of our partnership and it supports our strategic objective building ‘Trust’ – which in part is driven by Irishness.
Even during COVID, Irish is for everyone, Seachtain na Gaeilge le Energia is for everyone – Bain Triail Aisti – Surprise Yourself!
