OBOS is one of the largest housing developers in the Nordics. With the goal of creating life between the houses, they are also one of Norway’s biggest cultural sponsors.
As a sponsor for some of the biggest music festivals in Norway, we were looking for a project that linked OBOS to the festivals in a stronger way. For us, it is clear why we sponsor festivals. However, is it just as clear to the target audience?
So, we thought: What if we created life between the houses with OBOS sponsorship, and took the entire festival, with artists, atmosphere, DJs and vibes – and set it up in people’s homes?
The idea: “Home festivals – by OBOS” was taken out as a nationwide competition, where four lucky winners could win the opportunity to bring a home festival to their home, with high-profile artists.
We chose four festivals from our partners to collaborate with, and created tailored competition material for all the festivals, featuring the artists and bands that the participants could win.
