By showing our clients the value and impact sponsorship can have on both brand building and tangible bottom line business benefits, when strategic multichannel creative sponsorship campaigns are created, our sponsorship team delivered +33% revenue year on year and have become the go-to sponsorship team for curious or brave clients who want to drive results and impact through creativity and multichannel thinking.
Average is nothing to aspire to, exceptional is, so our belief in the power of multichannel activation saw the introduction of exciting new tactics, including Digital PR, to our sponsorship communications strategies, while continuing to strengthen our core skills across creative, content, media relations, social media and strategy.
Independent by birth and independent by design, we have the freedom to develop agile initiatives that support our clients & team outside the day-to-day, including training and development plans, employee pulse surveys, sponsorship newsletters, innovation in sponsorship client sessions, client networkers, all supporting client and team growth.

Our unique approach has led to the retention of all of our sponsorship clients in addition to growing our client base over the last year, improving staff retention +15% YOY, growing our team by 39% in the last two years, and promoting 25% of our team in 2023.
