Fiercely independent and ambitious, the agency was created as an innovative and nimble alternative to a sports marketing world dominated by holding companies and private equity investment.
Following significant growth in our first three years, 2024 is the first in a strategic three- year plan to transform the agency. We set out to balance the present and the future – exceeding metrics for 2023 and creating a long-term vision for the future of our agency. This vision was built on our values-led culture and commitment to giving back which sees us donate 5% of our profit each year to charities using sport for social good.
We operate a hybrid system of 18 full-time staff members and as many consultants working on projects at any given time. Utilising our invitation-only TSB Collective we build teams specifically for clients – giving clients the team they need not just the people we have available.
