GetPRO x Team GB

You only get one chance at a first impression. Part of the Danone family, GetPRO is a range of high protein drinks, yoghurts and more. With over 665 new products introduced in 2022 alone, specialty protein is a growing but highly competitive category. To successfully launch in the UK, GetPRO needed to secure retail relationships and share of shelf to become unmissable instore.

GetPRO partnered with Team GB, The UK’s second most loved brand (only after the NHS), alongside Britain’s fastest man, sprinter Zharnel Hughes and Para triathlete Lauren Steadman.

The sponsorship was integrated across all touchpoints, including on pack, digital and impressive in-store activations, while GetPRO’s campaign ‘support your every step’, was kicked off at an immersive pop-up event in Shoreditch, which invited you to race Zharnel and try GetPRO for yourself.

As the official yoghurt partner, GetPRO was at the heart of Team GB training camps and events. Athlete endorsement gave GetPRO credibility, positioning it as a high-performance brand.

Sponsorship has made GetPRO a household name and major player in the protein category. In its first year, GetPRO has surpassed its market penetration target, gained an impressive market share and is on track to meet its ambitious year-end sales targets.
