Bright Partnerships is an independent partnership marketing agency. In 6 years, we have achieved huge growth and built great client relationships underpinned by pioneering storytelling. In late 2018, we took a step back to review. It was time to work out how to grow and compete with network-backed industry heavyweights. We reviewed our value proposition and brand positioning, redefined our brand personality and values, refreshed our identity, transformed our creative studio and began new HR/performance initiatives. It worked. We swiftly gained 4 new global clients, began working in 75 countries globally, added 11 new people and achieved 45% growth, the 3rd consecutive year of agency growth.
