Gjensidige, Norway’s largest insurance company, is committed to retaining and building employee satisfaction as well as being an attractive workplace for new employees. One element in achieving this is to carry out relevant and attractive activities which can contribute to creating a positive and exciting workplace. In the last 5 years Gjensidige have gone from sponsoring 1 sporting federation to 19. We saw an opportunity to solve the internal family event challenge and at the same time engage our employees more strongly in our new sponsorships. The solution was “Gjensidige Games”, a large event, where 19 sporting federations were able to showcase their sports to the employees of Gjensidige.
