HEINEKEN Race to the Tower 2019

HEINEKEN’s people are their biggest asset so since 2016, HEINEKEN UK have been driving their internal campaign ‘Your Wellbeing, Your Future’ to demonstrate their dedication to the physical, mental and social wellbeing of their employees.

HEINEKEN’s sponsorship of Race to the Tower was at the heart of their campaign and has delivered against multiple employee engagement objectives. After just one year, 10% of their workforce had taken on the challenge of walking a half marathon, marathon or double marathon along the Cotswolds Way. Now after three years, 886 employees have walked, jogged and run 37,141 miles and contributed towards the £136,000 raised for their partner charity Mind.
