This free ESA Breakfast represents the next step in the European sponsorship industry’s drive to become more inclusive. It follows the publication in December 2025 of results and analysis of an ESA Survey into equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
Join us for a panel discussion featuring Jessica Markowski (Director – London at Deliveroo) and Eddie Koppoe (Senior Consultant at Executives in Sport Group). With moderation from Amar Singh, Senior Vice-President, Content & Creative at MKTG Sports + Entertainment, the panel will delve into one of the most pressing challenges facing the industry.
With an introduction from ESA Board Director Martin Prendergast, the event will feature the release of a toolkit that has been developed as part of ESA’s commitment to inclusion in sponsorship.
It will be followed on Wednesday 6 May by an ESA Webinar entitled Your Toolkit For Change – How To Get Started In Making Sponsorship More Inclusive.
