Aaron leads across the
international sponsorship portfolio of American
Express, which has a 30+ year legacy delivering
benefits and experiences within music and
have partnerships with a range of venues,
festivals and artists across the globe. Prior to
joining Amex, Aaron worked agency side for
Wasserman, consulting blue chip brands
including PepsiCo, Royal Bank of Canada and
Target. Aaron joined Wasserman after
transitioning from a successful legal career in
M&A.
Richard Clarke
Head of War Child Records, War Child UK
Rich began his music career at Virgin in 2004, later joining EMI’s Artist Relations team. Handling events for top acts like Coldplay,
Blur and Kylie Minogue, he also managed international artist promo trips. Moving to Warner after Parlophone’s merger, he
organised events with artists such as Ed Sheeran and Jess Glynne.
In 2016, he joined War Child, shaping their music team and orchestrating BRITs Week shows, raising over £5.5million. Rich
expanded their music programme, creating Safe & Sound shows with artists like Sam Smith, John Hopkins and Paloma Faith. He’s
onboarded Sam Smith as a global ambassador, raising over £1m for the cause.
Jennifer Hills
Co-Managing Director, Globe – Universal Music Group
With over 20 years in entertainment partnerships, Jennifer began her career at Virgin Megastores, later joining Cake agency focusing on music festivals like Glastonbury. She managed Carling’s UK music strategy before leading branded content at Mediacom. At Endemol, she oversaw broadcast partnerships, then joined Carat as Global Director of Media Partnerships.
In 2012, she became Senior Director Strategic Partnerships at Universal Music UK’s Globe. In 2023, she became Co-Managing Director, overseeing sync, licensing and brand partnerships for
Universal’s labels. With a team of 25, she crafts innovative campaigns, collaborating with top artists and global brands.
Chris McCormick

music and festival brand partnerships for over 15 years, both within his own agency and now with Superstruct delivering hundreds of brand partnerships in the UK and overseas ranging
from Carl Cox filling the floor in the Superdry Arctic Disco 2300m up a mountain through to a Virgin Trains curated festival train
experience featuring Doves, Beardyman and Richard Branson.

Tim leads on the client roster’s commercial opportunities. Wasserman Music have successfully delivered global campaigns for clients such as Lewis Capaldi, Rudimental, Grace Jones, Cat Burns, Melanie C and RAYE to name just a few. Having spent 30 years always in the music industry, Tim has a marketing and
brand background with previous roles as Head of Marketing and Events for NME (Time Inc) and Head of Music at Cake Group working on pioneering music sponsorship programmes such as Carling and global strategies for Bacardi.
