Sam Booth
Director of Sustainability at AEG Europe
Sam began his career in experiential event production, working on international projects for brands as diverse as Samsung, adidas and Google. However, following a course at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership, he decided to refocus his efforts on helping to fight the climate crisis. After helping the likes of Pernod Ricard and Booking.com to create sustainability strategies at the consultancy Futerra, he secured his current role at AEG Europe to oversee all of the company’s venues, festivals and tours.
Maighread Cremin
Community and Sponsorship Manager at Musgrave
Maighread is a seasoned brand marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience. She is the Community and Sponsorship Manager at Musgrave, with responsibility for the SuperValu and Centra retail brands. She has been instrumental in developing direction and executing the strategy and communications for their major sponsorships, including SuperValu TidyTowns, GAA All Ireland Football & Hurling Championships and SuperValu Let’s Grow. Her role extends to fostering relationships with charities like BelongTO, AsIAM and the Irish Cancer Society, showcasing a commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Stephanie Ensten
Head of Title Partner – NEOM at NEOM McLaren Electric Racing
Steph is an experienced partnership, marketing and communications professional who has worked closely with commercial brands and reputable stakeholders at some of the largest and most successful music, sport and entertainment properties and events across the globe. She has over 10 years’ experience in creating, managing and delivering partner and marketing strategy having worked across agency, rights holder, national governing body and charity sectors within the world of sport and entertainment. As Head of Title Partner for NEOM McLaren Electric Racing, she leads NEOM’s partnership with McLaren – spanning both electric racing series (Formula E and Extreme E).
James Watts
Head of Brand Sponsorship & Experiential at OVO
James’ career started in consumer brand PR for TUI UK before he moved across to the FMCG sector. He worked in-house at Unilever and in agency roles at WPP and VCCP on a number of major consumer groups and brands, from Diageo’s beers and spirits portfolio to Warburtons, Royal Caribbean, Lidl and SodaStream. James joined the OVO brand team in 2021. In his role as Head of Brand Sponsorship & Experiential, his focus is driving customer engagement via the brand’s live music and venues strategy.
