ExxonMobil, through its leading global lubricants brand Mobil™, has announced an extended multi-year partnership with the all-female race team. The announcement was made during the 5th annual ‘Women with Drive – Driven by Mobil 1’ summit in Indianapolis, underscoring the event’s mission to advance, connect, and empower women throughout the motorsports industry.

Mobil lubricants is proud to announce the continuation of its support for F1 Academy as an Official Partner of Red Bull Racing’s Academy Programme, reinforcing its commitment to developing the next generation of driver talent.
Building on a strong, long-standing collaboration with Red Bull Racing, Mobil lubricants aims to help guide more women into motorsport by supporting rising role models such as Alisha Palmowski through the Red Bull Racing Academy Programme. This partnership seeks to empower young women pursuing careers in motorsport and STEM-related fields.
Alisha Palmowski, F1 Academy’s Red Bull Racing Academy Programme driver, is an emerging force in women’s single-seater racing, achieving one win and five podiums this season. Her strong performances at demanding circuits such as Zandvoort demonstrate her adaptability and speed. She finished fifth in the 2025 season with 91 points.
This continued initiative and multi-year agreement further underscores ExxonMobil’s dedication to promoting diversity, innovation, and excellence across all levels of motorsport, as well as within its global motorsport organization. Key contributors include Katy Howell, Global Sponsorship Director; Matti Alemayehu, Global Motorsports Technology Manager; and Fiona McEwan, embedded chemist and Trackside Analyst supporting the Oracle Red Bull Racing and Visa Cash App Racing Bulls teams.
