Based on their annual national diners’ poll, the Harden’s London Restaurant Awards 2021 celebrate the best performers in the diners’ survey, with a particular emphasis on celebrating recent openings and new talent. Founded in 2016 and attended by the finest chefs, street food vendors and restaurateurs, the event comprises a total of 15 award categories and will be held at The Langham London on Monday, 6 September.
Harden’s are delighted to welcome two new sponsors of the London Restaurant Awards this year, BluRhapsody and Purezza. Based in Italy, BluRhapsody use the finest of ingredients to create bespoke 3D printed pasta. Shapes, colours and flavours can be customised by using different types of flours and vegetable-based dough for a unique and surprising final effect.
Giulia Priero, Marketing and Business Development manager of BluRhapsody, said: “We have imagined a world where 3D printed pasta can take incredible shapes, becoming the inspiration for unique and refined dishes.
“After years of studies, research and dedication, we have designed a cutting-edge technology that allows us to reinvent the art of making pasta: finally, 3D printed pasta is no longer the future, it is here. The result is excellence pasta, born to amaze both the eye and the palate that we are glad to present to the Harden’s Restaurant Awards guests.”
Purezza is supplying the modern alternative to pre-packaged bottled water in hospitality venues. They supply unlimited, freshly dispensed, great tasting still and sparkling water. Their vision is to remove 30 million single-use bottles from the global hospitality supply chain annually, while at the same time, creating long-term value for customers that positively impacts their bottom line.
Purezza Global Head, Scott Mitchell, said: “We are committed to creating long-term value for our customers through sustainable water dispensing solutions and are proud to serve an industry actively seeking environmentally responsible solutions and driving change.
“When we started the business, we believed that there had to be a better way for consumers to buy great-tasting water that didn’t have to be wasteful or harmful to the environment as single-use bottled water is. When we started pitching the idea to venues, the overwhelming positivity towards the concept told us that we were onto something that was going to change the industry, and it has.”
Peter Harden, co-founder of Hardens, said: “We are delighted to welcome BluRhapsody and Purezza in their support for the London Restaurant Awards 2021. This year’s ceremony will be all the more special for celebrating the formidable entrepreneurialism and grit of London’s chefs and restaurateurs in navigating the challenges caused by the pandemic. We very much look forward to celebrating their successes with the help of our sponsors.”
