A legacy to preserve
We called him many names.
We appreciated his achievements on the basketball court.
We admired him while he led his teammates to the most prestigious victories.
We suffered the worst defeats with him.
We saw people who lost their faith in him change their minds.
And we could keep going on for a long time to describe the man who changed NBA basketball radically in the last few years.
Following Kobe Bryant’s retirement, basketball fans did not lose hope, because they already knew the man who could carry the weight of the entire Association on his shoulders. There has been someone else, who has been growing and improving since 2003, along the Black Mamba’s side. As a matter of fact, it shouldn’t have been easy to miss such talent. We are obviously talking about LBJ, the King, the Chosen One, the one and only Lebron Raymore James.
It would be reductive to only mention his victories, considering he is a man who goes beyond basketball. There are plenty of videos, highlights, photos, seasons, games, almanacs, stats, that allow us to understand what Lebron did for US basketball better than what we could do. Therefore, we are going to analyse how important Lebron James is outside the court, far from the spotlight and the cameras. Who is Lebron James?
