Matthew joined Alpine in 2021 and has been championing the world of gaming for the brand since then. As an avid and passionate gamer Matthew entered the grassroots esports scene whilst studying law at university and as witness to the ever-changing landscape of grassroots esports, was able to apply this knowledge and interest to various brands, teams and companies before finding a home at Alpine. whilst at Alpine Matthew has been key in elevating the brand’s reputation in the esports space and creating new engagement funnels for the brand to reach a whole new demographic with a particular focus on community engagement through various events and competitions. As Alpine’s reach in the gaming space growths, Matthew has been at the leading front of multiple projects including the partnership with BLAST.

Nicole Johnson is the Senior Partnerships Manager at BLAST, the global esports entertainment company.

John Parker
Managing Partner and ECD, Ear to the Ground

John, Managing Partner and ECD at Ear to the Ground, leverages over 20 years of experience in global creative campaigns across sports, esports, and gaming. As the former Global Head of Creative at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, John spearheaded through-the-line campaigns for Heineken, Reebok, and Samsung – all major gaming industry players today.
As the driving force behind Ear to the Ground’s creative endeavours, John harnesses the agency’s unmatched insight into fans and culture to drive impact with hard-to-reach audiences across sports, esports, and gaming. His achievements include securing global accounts like Sony PlayStation, New Balance, and Coca-Cola, alongside clinching the agency’s inaugural Sport Industry AOY award, marking his sixth personal AOY victory.
Jasmine Skee
CEO, Guild Esports
Jasmine is CEO of Guild Esports, the iconic esports team co-owned by David Beckham. Initially joining as CMO in March 2022, Jasmine was instrumental in securing valuable sponsorships with Sky, Subway and hummel. Since taking on the CEO role, Jasmine has spearheaded the launch of new initiatives such as Guild Studios, a Gen-Z-focused in-house production and creative agency.
Jasmine has over 20 years’ marketing and senior management experience, managing high-performance teams and delivering effective campaigns. Previous positions include Director of
Propositions & Products at Three UK, where she delivered partnerships with global brands Chelsea
FC, Activision and Snap.
Jasmine is the UK’s only female CEO of a publicly listed esports organisation, and is dedicated to
ensuring Guild is a brand that authentically speaks to women and diverse gamers, while also
providing a safe and inclusive place for all gamers to connect and play.
