London-based agency Reg&Co, The Radio Academy’s appointed sponsorship agency, has secured Wickes as a partner for the UK radio and audio industry charity.
Wickes will sponsor the Impact Award category of the ARIAS.
Wickes is a digitally-led, service-enabled home improvement retailer, delivering choice, convenience, value and best-in-class service to customers. With an extensive range of products and DIY brands, a

The Audio & Radio Industry Awards are the premium awards scheme in the sector, recognising the talented individuals and teams in UK audio and radio who excel at their craft and produce the very
best body of work in the world.
The ceremony is confirmed for Tuesday 2 May and will be hosted in London’s West End by BBC Radio 2’s Rylan, with live voiceover from Hits Radio’s Fleur East. The nominations will be revealed at the nominations party on Thursday 30 March, hosted by News UK in The News Building.
The ARIAS are supported by companies working across the UK radio and audio sector including Arqiva, All In Media, Audible, Insanity Group, MusicMaster, RCS and Radio Times.
Shelley Allison, Head of Marketing at Wickes, remarked: “We are thrilled to be partnering with The Radio Academy on their flagship annual event – The ARIAS. The Impact Award recognises radio and audio programming that’s done something to make a difference to society – we look forward to seeing the shortlist of nominees and then congratulating the winner in May.”
Sam Bailey, Managing Director of The Radio Academy, added: “We are delighted to welcome Wickes as a partner to the 2023 ARIAS. Open to all UK based content creators who are members of The Radio Academy, the Awards are the Oscars of UK radio and audio.
“Rylan and Fleur East are confirmed to host the ceremony again, so we are excited for another fun-filled night celebrating the great and good within our industry.”
