SponsorLab today announces the release of its version 2.0 sponsorship management tool with major feature enhancements in response to market demands.
In addition to the core SponsorLab features that enable the setting and weighting of sponsorship objectives and KPIs within a performance scoring framework, SponsorLab 2.0 adds the following new features:
- Tracking – Compare current results to past year or any past performance period with instant variance calculation.
- Performance Projection – Project full-campaign performance based on mid-campaign results.
- Value of Investment (VOI) – Calculate potential and earned ‘value to the sponsor’ for the partnership based on measurable KPI targets and performance.
- Universal Objectives – A simple way to apply key organisational objectives across all sponsorships.
Commenting on the 2.0 release, SponsorLab founder Bruce Cook said, “This is a response to the wish-list that users have been feeding back to us. We covered all of the basics with the initial product launch, but SponsorLab 2.0 goes a step further in providing greater efficiency and analysis.”

On the market feedback Cook added, “We’ve been in the marketplace for a few months now, and the response has been fantastic. Brands, rights-holders and agencies are all telling us that a system or tool like this has been missing from the sponsorship industry for a long time.
“The most common comment we get is that they love how we’ve taken a complex process and made it really simple.”
SponsorLab prides itself on its simplicity and the fact that it truly saves time by keeping the management and analysis of a complex process very clear without requiring extensive training or processing time.
“Any SponsorLab user can be fully trained in under an hour, and then it becomes a real time-saver through strategic clarity amongst all stakeholders,” Cook said.
More than just a scorecard, SponsorLab is designed to effectively drive important conversations critical to the strategic process. To learn more about SponsorLab visit www.sponsorlab.biz
