Surrey Football Association and THORPE PARK Resort are excited to announce that the UK’s most
thrilling theme park will partner with the County FA to signify their support for youth football in
Surrey.
The new three-year partnership has been agreed upon following positive talks between both organisations, indicating shared values when supporting young people in football at a grassroots level.
The partnership will see Thorpe Park sponsor and receive naming rights to all 12 of Surrey FA’s boys and girls Youth County Cups, where ages range from under 12’s up to under 18’s. The Thorpe Park Youth Cups will welcome all 24 teams participating in this year’s finals to Meadowbank Football Ground from mid-April, with unique activations to feature as part of the new sponsorship for the competitions.
Significantly, the Official Leisure Partner emphasized their support for parity across the male and female game following last summer’s historical women’s euros competition and will be supporting key initiatives taken by Surrey FA to work towards this.
The agreement will also provide discounted tickets to the theme park for the Surrey FA network and see Surrey FA host several initiatives on-site at Thorpe Park during their open season. This opportunity will allow Surrey FA to engage with and add to the Thorpe Park guest experience through football activations at the venue.

The first Thorpe Park Youth County Cup finals are due to take place on April 19th at Meadowbank Football Ground. As part of the partnership, all Surrey FA members can enjoy up to 20% off tickets to THORPE PARK Resort, as well as an introductory offer where all members can get 25% off any date until
2nd May.
