CAA Sports, a division of leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA), announced today that veteran marketing executive Rachel Conlan has joined the agency. Based in London, Conlan will work closely with colleagues in CAA Sports’ industry-leading Property Sales, Brand Consulting, and Athlete Representation groups, helping to create brand and business-building opportunities for the agency’s world-class clients.

Prior to joining CAA Sports, Conlan was the Global Chief Marketing Operations Officer for Havas, the world’s sixth largest communications company, and part of the Vivendi family of companies, a mass media and telecommunications company providing music, television, film, gaming and publishing services. In this role, she was responsible for establishing the global brand reputation of, and driving revenue for, Havas, as well as identifying strategic agency client opportunities for leading global brands within Havas agency networks and key Vivendi properties. In her time at Havas, Conlan worked with many of the world’s leading brands, including LVMH, Citibank, Reckitt Benckiser, and IBM, among others.
Prior to her role as Global CMO, Conlan served as Managing Director of Havas LuxHub, where she was responsible for guiding the operations of the strategic consultancy that helped luxury, fashion, and lifestyle companies appeal to next-generation consumers by pioneering innovative ways to drive acquisition and retention. Its clients included legacy luxury brands such as LVMH, Puig, and Sotheby’s, as well as modern brands Net-a-Porter, NetJets, and Kit And Ace, among others.
Conlan was also the Global Growth Director for Havas and created a comprehensive global new business development and marketing plan for the network. She was part of the leadership team that drove the 2012 rebrand Euro RSCG Worldwide to Havas Worldwide globally, which set the standard for the transformation of the larger Havas Group.
