Digital Partnerships Executive
The Digital team
Part of the Development and Marketing Services department, the Digital team leverages robust insight and innovation across the digital landscape to drive commercial value for all UEFA Club Competition (UCC) stakeholders and to uphold the integrity of UEFA’s digital platforms.
The role
As Digital Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Digital team in delivering the digital rights across the UCC Sponsorship, Licensing and Media Partners.
You will also provide digital marketing insights to Partnership Management teams at TEAM, UEFA and UEFA’s commercial partners to help them generate value from their digital assets. You will report to the Digital Partnerships Manager.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Support the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League Partnership teams to ensure the delivery of industry-leading digital rights campaigns – consistently finding ways to leverage digital opportunities to enhance sponsorship activations
• Oversee social media content planning on UEFA’s social media platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube), including the review and validation of branded content campaigns
• Support the Digital team on the execution of paid promotional digital campaigns for UCC Partners
• Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel, 360° marketing campaigns across social media, direct marketing (email), website & app and digital display
• Coordinate with the Insights team on tracking and reporting branded content campaigns across all UEFA digital channels
• Contribute to the delivery of workshops and/or presentations on key digital topics to support the overall education and upskilling of internal and external stakeholders
The candidate
Ideally, you have experience in the digital, sports sponsorship and/or marketing field as well as in planning and executing social media and email campaigns. You are familiar with digital marketing and understand how commercial partners can best exploit digital sponsorship rights. Likewise, you are enthusiastic about using social media platforms and have a strong passion for digital. It is important that you can efficiently manage projects and your time, balancing multiple tasks and prioritising them accordingly. Finally, your ability to work independently allows you to take considered decisions in the best interests of the commercial partners and sports rights holder with ease.
The position will be either based at TEAM’s Lucerne or London office and will involve some international travel.
