As Norway’s largest cooperative housing association, and the largest property developer in the Nordics, OBOS wants to do more than build houses. OBOS seeks to fill every room and space with joy, good experiences, and tightknit community – improving the life in and around the homes we build. We believe that a city with a rich cultural scene increases the quality of life, making it a better place to live.
The idea behind the event, OBOS på Operataket, was to give the people in Oslo the opportunity to enjoy a fantastic concert, while also contributing to the cultural scene and raising funds for instruments, uniforms, and activities for children.
Through our sponsorship with the Norwegian Opera & Ballet (DNO&B), we have access to one of the most amazing venues in Norway. The audience can enjoy the concert from the roof of the opera house, while the stage floats in the Oslo fjord with well-known artists and bands.
