We don’t have a tendency of shouting very loudly about ourselves, but it’s something we should do more often. For SQN to enter the ESA Awards Agency of the Year category tells you one thing: we’re so incredibly proud of the year we’ve had.
It’s been a year that’s seen us react, grow, and deliver to leave us in our strongest position ever. In this time, we’ve been appointed by global cloud specialists NetApp as their sponsorship agency of record, a relationship proudly nurtured over a decade. We’ve adapted to deliver successful hybrid solutions for brands like Tata Communications in F1, MotoGP and DPWT, and we’ve brought together green blockchain brand Algorand Foundation with the Envision Racing Formula E team, leading to us to activate to high acclaim for both rightsholder and brand.
Practicing our mantra of the ‘Power of Partnerships’ doesn’t stop at our clients though. We’ve led by example by becoming the first-ever sponsors of the ESA Diploma Alumni event and strengthened our status as an official partner of the Greenpower Education Trust. We’ve invested heavily in our team through upskilling, placing colleagues on Think Sponsorship courses and signing up for ESA Diploma places. We’ve placed everyone’s wellbeing front and centre, with our MD gaining a Mental Health in the Workplace qualification so that we can lead from the top.
Record turnover, greatest increase in profit, most employees and highest ever employer satisfaction – now that’s a year to be proud of!
