Winning with Data: How GIANTX and Shikenso Built a Sponsor Value Engine

GIANTX, a leading esports organization, faced a critical challenge—an over-reliance on unpredictable competitive outcomes. To achieve sustainable growth and attract new sponsors, they launched GXLEAGUE+, an educational social media format. The impact was clear: a 41% growth in follower, a 269% surge in media value, and 17 new sponsorship deals, including partnerships with KitKat, EE, and Samsung.
