Paris Saint-Germain x Deloitte : Femmes Capitales

The Femmes Capitales campaign successfully elevated female leadership and visibility in sport while reinforcing Deloitte’s commitment to gender equality. Designed around a powerful central message — making women visible in sport means making women visible in every field — the initiative celebrated performance, recognition, and representation.

Held at the iconic Parc des Princes during Equality Month, the event highlighted PSG Féminines players Sakina Karchaoui and Grace Geyoro alongside legends Sabrina Delannoy, Laura Georges, and Laure Boulleau, creating a platform for inspiration and dialogue between sport, business, and media leaders.

The campaign combined art, sport, and conversation, featuring a specially commissioned artwork by Caroline Blanchet and a roundtable discussion moderated by Charlotte Namura. A discussion sparked reflections on the underinvestment in women’s football, contributing to PSG’s decision to brand the team bus ahead of the Coupe de France final — translating dialogue from this PSG x Deloitte event into tangible action.

Marketing and communications amplified the initiative across PSG and Deloitte platforms, reaching over 3.2 million impressions, 1 million video views, and 36,000 engagements. Invitations to over 300 journalists and participation from 17 media and influencers ensured visibility and stakeholder engagement.

By leveraging Deloitte’s influence in business and PSG’s in sport, the activation created a win-win partnership that delivered measurable results, strengthened internal and external brand positioning, and fostered meaningful discussions on equality. Femmes Capitales is not just an event but a long-term platform, demonstrating how sponsorship can drive social change, promote female leadership, and create lasting impact for both corporate and sporting partners.
