As an expert in strategic brand marketing using music and social media to engage consumers, Theo has an international career working with a wide range of disciplines including digital, content, sponsorship, media, mobile advertising, PR, events and experiential.
He has worked across the consumer tech and music industry – client side for Microsoft, Nokia and T Mobile, record labels Warner Music and Universal and creative agency FRUKT.
During his roles at MixRadio, Microsoft and Nokia, Theo has created online and offline global campaigns targeted at a youth audience. Award winning campaigns that have created conversations and shifted brand consideration. Strategic partnerships with The United Nations and Visit Britain, and industry partnerships with Roc Nation, The Brit Awards, Warner Music , Live Nation, Universal and WME. Influencer partnerships with Jay Z, Coldplay, Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Deadmau5, Mark Ronson, NEYO, Nile Rodgers, Green Day and Nicki Minaj.

Jim Campling – President, UK Marketing Partnerships at Live Nation
Jim is President of Marketing Partnerships at Live Nation UK. He has worked at Live Nation for 16 years and in that time developed the commercial partner side of the business. He team is responsible for creating, negotiating and delivering numerous partnerships across all of Live Nation’s portfolio of festivals, music venues and through its promoting / ticketing capacities led by Ticketmaster.
Jim’s department now manages all commercial aspects of 22 festivals and 20 venues around the UK, alongside the ticket access agreements such as those enjoyed by American Express through their “Preferred Seating” programme and O2 through their “Priority” proposition.
Prior to Live Nation, Jim worked at Capital Radio for eight years managing the Sponsorship and Promotions Team across 10 radio stations. Jim and his team delivered award winning promotional campaigns across the radio station network and specifically the Chris Tarrant Breakfast Show.
Paul Samuels – Executive Vice President, AEG Global Partnerships at AEG Worldwide
It is Paul’s creative negotiation of The O2 naming rights partnership that will be his legacy at O2. The partnership re-defined the traditional corporate sponsorship as a huge customer engagement opportunity and it continues to deliver ROI for O2 and AEG ten years on.
Paul left O2 in 2006, after being selected as American-owned The Bonham Group’s CEO for Europe at just 30, subsequently overseeing the sale of the company to AEG Europe and returning to AEG in 2007.
Paul Samuels joined AEG Europe in November 2007. In his role as Executive Vice President for Global Partnerships, he is responsible for overseeing all Sponsorship Sales, Partnership activation & Premium Seating across all AEG assets internationally, outside of the US.
At AEG, Paul oversees a team across across Europe, China & Australia finding & negotiating with brands & partners including sport teams, venues & festivals and working with some of the world’s largest brands such as O2, Sky, Barclaycard, American Express, Barclays, MBNA, Coca Cola, Nissan, Mercedes, Heineken, Accor Hotels and AB Inbev to name a few.
Paul is also a Board Director for Hammarby Football Club, a team that AEG has a 49% stake in.
