THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join SportQuake as a Global Partnerships Manager. You will be joining the UK business at an important moment, playing a key role in building on momentum and driving more growth for the company.
The Global Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing sports partnerships with brands globally and driving direct sales approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify new potential customers and approach them with our offering
• Independently cold call business professionals to generate revenue
• Contact prospects to assess needs, recommend solutions and close sales
• Collaborate with the deal team to provide the best solutions to clients
• Leverage multiple internal lead sources to optimise revenue growth, including: marketing events, e-mail campaigns and trade show leads, etc
• Responsible for the development and management of a robust and realistic new business pipeline
• Analyse clients’ business issues and present meaningful recommendations/solutions in alignment with SportQuake offering
• Enhance company visibility through promotion and attending networking events
• Provide timely management reporting and information
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years business to business sales experience
• Experienced in a consultative, customer centric approach when engaging with clients to generate new business
• Comfortable to cold call and generate new leads
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experienced in building relationships to secure repeat business
• Ability to work independently with high initiative
• Tenacious approach and positive professional demeanour
• Adaptable approach to different cultures and business environments
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong IT skills (Salesforce, MS: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of global football preferred, but not essential
• Bachelor’s Degree
