Onside Law expands squad as former IMG Head of Legal, John Loffhagen, joins the team and Adam Leadercramer becomes an equity partner
John Loffhagen:
Onside Law is pleased to announce that John Loffhagen has joined as a legal consultant to the firm. John is a very experienced company/commercial lawyer who has worked at the top level of the sports industry for over 20 years. In addition to serving as IMG’s Head of Legal in EMEA, John was part of the core group of executives who set up The Indian Premier League. John now consults to IMG in respect of IPL and IMG’s business in India generally.

Adam Leadercramer:
Onside Law are delighted to formally announce that Adam Leadercramer has strengthened his commitment to the firm and become an Onside Law equity partner.
The quality of Adam’s legal work and his popularity with clients and colleagues alike since joining in 2010 from Allen & Overy LLP, has seen Adam rise from associate, to senior associate, to salaried partner to equity partner. He has become an integral part of the firm’s success over the past eight years.
Adam specialises in commercial law in the sport and digital media sectors and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s burgeoning technology, digital media and broadcasting practice. He is recognised as an expert in these specialisms in both the Chambers and Legal 500 professional directories.
