Partnerships Manager, OVO Arena Wembley (ASM Global)

The Partnerships team is an integral part of ASM Global and the success of commercial relationships across our iconic venue portfolio, which includes AO Arena, first direct Arena, OVO Arena Wembley and P&J Live. ASM Global proudly maintain and develop long running partnerships with globally recognised brands such as AO, Three, Sky, first direct, Heineken, Molson Coors, OVO, Sage, and Utilita.
The Partnerships Manager at OVO Arena Wembley will support the delivery of the brand sponsorship at the venue and support the UK partnership activation team to successfully deliver contractual rights and benefits.
Key accountabilities:
• Work with our brand partners to plan, create and implement marketing activations.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure partner benefits are fully maximised and contractual obligations are delivered.
• Develop new and creative ways to maximise relationships and create value for both the venue and partners.
• Ensure all venue departments are engaged in the partnerships and provide the necessary support to deliver against partner objectives. Communication and collaboration are key to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with partners to implement activation plans, attend and lead weekly status meetings.
• Act as primary point of contact for all partners at OVO Arena Wembley.
• Fully understand partners’ brands, business, objectives and measures of success.
• Implement monitoring & evaluation methods for partner activity to ensure positive ROI outcomes.
• Manage and develop relationships between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure activation is delivered successfully and over delivery achieved.
• Manage challenging situations with partners and internal departments effectively to ensure a positive solution is achieved for all.
• Take ownership of assigned projects or responsibilities to support the wider partnerships team, for example, partner ticketing, F+B reporting, and photography requirements.
• Lead and support the team in renegotiating partner contracts and contract renewals.
• Develop and present annual reviews for nominated partners.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the wider partnerships and business development teams within ASM Global, particularly pertaining to OVO Arena Wembley.
