WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Planning – Deliver a content plan from start to finish. Take part in brainstorms, be creative and share ideas, call on any industry knowledge, be able to support in creating decks and be aware of budgets and feasibility
Implementation – you will be integral to bringing the content plans to life, the main point of contact for all suppliers, you will need to write briefs, assist with creation whilst working as part of an All Agency team and ensuring approvals from all parties before being made publicly available. Point of contact for influencers and also providing social media support for clients and relevant talent
Evaluation and review – you will support in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents providing point of views and insights
Client / Account Management
Efficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actions
Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and external agencies)
Effective management of own relationships with suppliers, all agencies, clients and partners
Assistance with content creation and global toolkits
Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, PO’s, supplier invoicing/cost management
Supporting approvals process
Event activation – involved in all aspects of the events from venue sourcing, staffing, branding, to creative execution, on-site support and main point of contact for suppliers
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
Motorsport experience or interest would be ideal
Experience working on large global consumer brands is preferred, but not essential
Ability to multi-task; you may be working across a number of accounts with tight deadlines
Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Strong knowledge of all social media platforms
Strong paid social experience would be preferred
Creative thinking
Understanding what makes great content and where it can live throughout the media spectrum
Ability to anticipate problems / issues and suggest proactive resolutions to be put into place
NOTE: Some weekend work is likely and potential attendance at events across the globe
