The Sponsor Partnerships team provides industry-leading client service to UEFA and its club competition sponsors, ensuring the full and seamless delivery of all contractual rights and obligations. We strive to streamline and enhance processes, build meaningful relationships, and continuously increase value.
THE ROLE
As Senior Sponsor Partnerships Executive, you will be supporting the day-to-day management of UEFA Club Competition sponsor partnerships, ensuring best-in-class delivery of their 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Working alongside partners’ activation agencies to ensure that contractual rights are delivered to the highest standards
– Managing the competition-related campaign approval processes for partners across various activations, ranging from onsite activation to the implementation of digital rights
– Fulfilling important administrative and operational tasks, crucial to the delivery of contractual rights, including the management of ticketing processes
– Coordinating partners’ digital campaigns to ensure that they are delivered in an efficient and valuable way for sponsors
– Playing a key role at the Finals each season, including the coordination of fan festival activations, guest experience programmes and overall activity coordination and management
– Preparing and inputting towards regular updates for UEFA to ensure alignment across all key sponsorship topics
THE CANDIDATE
Ideally, you have experience working in a sponsorship and/or marketing role in the sports and/or entertainment industry, and are familiar with delivering international events. Your education and experience has provided you with a broad understanding of digital marketing and how sponsors can best exploit digital sponsorship rights. It is important that you can efficiently manage projects and your time; you are capable of balancing many tasks and prioritising them accordingly. Likewise, you understand the importance of putting clients first and delivering at the highest standards. Finally, you are able to communicate effectively and present your ideas with ease.
